Successfully completed an exterior elevation design project for a shopping complex in Madurai, delivering two unique design concepts tailored to the client's vision and commercial requirements. The project focused on creating a modern, visually appealing, and functional façade that enhances the building's identity, customer attraction, and overall architectural presence. The final design was selected and approved based on client satisfaction and project objectives.
This architectural floor plan was thoughtfully designed for a unique corner plot with an irregular cross-line site configuration. The layout maximizes space utilization while ensuring privacy, natural ventilation, and functional circulation. A private swimming pool with an attached sit-out deck is strategically positioned within the plot, completely shielded from external views and inaccessible from outside, creating an exclusive leisure space for the residents. The design incorporates spacious living areas, well-planned bedrooms with attached toilets, a dedicated prayer room, modern kitchens, and ample open spaces for landscaping. The corner site advantage has been utilized to enhance natural light, airflow, and accessibility while maintaining a strong sense of privacy and comfort.

Complete RCC structural analysis and detailing were carried out, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and reinforcement detailing.
